Scroll and select an image to enlarge In Bryce Canyon the grandeur of Grand Canyon is missing, the beauty of Glen Canyon is absent, the subtleties of Vermilion Cliffs is sorely lacking. What Bryce does possess is outrageous color, novelty and amusement. The landscape at Bryce Canyon is whimsical, ludicrous and playful. I like the high elevation, cool air in mid-summer, and the maze of trails that thread their way through Bryce Amphitheater. This park is great fun. But I’ve never seen a really great image from Bryce Canyon.
